Bonjour Supplier! This guide is very easy to use. The words in brackets indicate the action you are trying to perform. Then find your question, hopefully it's there as we have put the system through its paces since the end of 2010. (Orientation) How do I navigate through the BusinessManager?
The BusinessManager has 4 basic areas: Home, My Data, Orders and Invoices. These basic areas appear as tabs listed horizontally across the top of the BusinessManager.
HOME: Sub-pages are Dashboard, E-Mail and Settings. The Dashboard provides a summary of all your Jobs and Jobs requests (left) and Payables (right). Under Settings you can update your availability and change your password.
MY DATA: Here you can manage your contact and payment information. Click on the blue lock to unlock the data fields.
ORDERS and INVOICES: Present the details of the Jobs and Payables.
ORDERS: The top of the Orders page presents the Job Details and the To Do instructions. Next is the Source Data section : click the "Files exist" to download the source documents and reference materialsr. Finally, after you have performed your work, go to the Target Data section and follow the easy 4-step process to deliver your work.
INVOICES: After the delivery of your work and its approval by the project manager, you can create an invoice. On the Invoices page, enter your Invoice Number. Click on the Word icon to create the invoice and save it to your computer for your records. Finally, click the OK button to send it to us.

From the top menu of our website. You can also enter the URL (http://portal.e2ftech.com) directly into your browser bar. Then bookmark and save the page as a favorite!
(Login) How do I sign-up?
e2f Tech will build your profile in the system and send your Username and Password via email. We recommend you change your Password during the first login.
(Login) I have forgotten my Username and/or Password.
(Login) How do I change my password?
1. Log into the BusinessManager 2. Head Office>Settings 3. Change login password
(Requests) How do I accept/reject a job request?
1. Log into the BusinessManager
2. Go to the Dashboard, Jobs section, and click on "Requested"
3. The job will appear at the bottom of the page
4. To see the details of the job, click on the job number
5. When you are ready to make your decision, go back to the Home menu
6. To refuse the job, click "Not available"
7. To submit your price, click on "Propose price" and indicate your price in the text box
8a. If you would like to present conditions prior to your acceptance, indicate your conditions in the text box and AFTER you are done, click on Conditional acceptance
8b. If you are available for the job as presented, simply click on Available
(Jobs) How do I retrieve documents?
1. Log into BusinessManager
2. Go to Dashboard, Jobs section, and click on "In progress"
3. Select your job at the bottom of the page
4. You are now in the Orders area of the BusinessManager
5. Scroll down to the Source Data section, and click the "files exist" icon
6. In the pop-up window, click on the desired folder/document and save it to your computer
The "Out" section contains your outgoing emails and the documents you delivered.
The "Source" section contains the source documents to be translated.
The "Reference" section contains reference materials (glossaries, design files, etc.).
(Jobs) How do I deliver documents?
1. Log into BusinessManager
2. Go to Dashboard, Jobs section, and click on "In progress"
3. Select your job at the bottom of the page
4. You are now in the Orders area of the BusinessManager
5. Scroll down to the Target Data section and follow the easy 4-step process to deliver your work.
(Jobs) How do I know when my job is ready to be worked on?
When you receive an automated email to that effect. Also the job will appear at the bottom of the page when you click on "In progress".
(Jobs) I have delivered my job. What do I do next?
You have to wait until the job is approved by the project manager. At that time, its status will change from "delivered" to "approved". You will then be able to create an invoice for the job.
(Invoices) How do I create an invoice?
1. Log into BusinessManager
2. Go to Dashboard, Jobs section, and click on "Approved"
3. Click the Invoices at the bottom of the page
4. You are now in the Invoices area of the BusinessManager
5. Enter your Invoice Number
6. Click on the Word icon to create the invoice and save it for your records
7. Click the OK button to send it to us
