Bonjour Customer! This guide is very easy to use. The words in brackets indicate the action you are trying to perform. Then find your question, hopefully it's there as we have put the system through its paces since the end of 2010. Do not hesitate to contact us, we will be please to walk you through, as we want the translation process to be as frictionless as possible.
(Orientation) How do I navigate through the BusinessManager?
The BusinessManager has 5 basic areas: Head Office, Requests, Quotes, Orders an Invoices. These basic areas appear as tabs listed horizontally across the top of the BusinessManager.
HOME: Sub-pages are Welcome page and Settings page. The Welcome page provides a summary of all your Requests, Quotes, Orders and Invoices. Simply click on the statuses (ex.: Pending, In progress, Delivered documents) to display your documents at the bottom of the page. You can change your password on the Settings page.
REQUESTS, QUOTES, ORDERS and INVOICES : Provides the same info as the Home page, but through an advanced search interface that includes a "search per time period" option.
(Login) How do I access the BusinessManager?
From the top menu of our website: e2ftech.com/Login. You can also enter the URL (http://portal.e2ftech.com) directly into your browser bar. Then bookmark and save the page as a favorite!
(Login) How do I sign-up?
e2f Tech will build your profile in the system and send your Username and Password via email.
(Login) I have forgotten my Username and/or Password.
(Login) How do I change my password?
1. Log into the BusinessManager 2. Head Office>Settings 3. Change login password
(Orders) How do I issue an order without a quote?
1. Log into the BusinessManager
2. From the Dashboard, click on "Place order (without quote)"
a) Give a significant name to you project
b) MANDATORY : Select the target language (usually French (Canada))
c) Select the Service, usually Translation
d) Upload the Source documents (usually your English documents)
e) Upload any Reference file that you believe could help us in our work
f) Indicate Delivery date
g) OFTEN FORGOTTEN : Click on "Place order"!
(Orders) What is the status of my order?
You can see it on the Dashboard if it is still active, or you can search for it in the Orders section, at the top of the page:
1. Log into BusinessManager
2. Orders>Status Reports Orders
3. Select desired parameters
4. Click "Start Search / Refresh"
5. View results at bottom of page

(Quotes) How do I accept/reject a quote?
1. Log into BusinessManager
2. Go to Dashboard and click on "Quoted" status under "Quotes"
3. Select the desired quote from the results at the bottom of the page
4. Review the quote information and select either "Accept quote" or "Turn down quote" in the General section. If accepted, your quote instantly becomes an order.
(Quotes) What is the status of my quote?
You can see it on the Dashboard if it is still active, or you can search for it in the Quotes section, at the top of the page:
